Prior to commencing each phase of clinical studies, the appropriate in vitro, non-clinical, and clinical ADME, efficacy, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, toxicological, CMC, and clinical knowledge will be available, reviewed, verified, and integrated into a single coherent picture of the product's properties, with due emphasis on the types and magnitudes of key remaining uncertainties.
