Mr. Ulatowski is a Principal in NDA Partners. Mr. Ulatowski is a senior medical device regulatory expert with 36 years of FDA experience including eight years as the Director of Compliance/CDRH and over 20 years in various positions of leadership in the Office of Device Evaluation. Mr. Ulatowski has a BS in Microbiology and an MS in Physiology with an emphasis in biomedical engineering.
