The late Dr. Sheiner was a founder of NDA Partners. He was Professor of
Clinical Pharmacology in the departments of Laboratory Medicine and
Biopharmaceutical Sciences (UCSF) and recipient of numerous academic honors
and awards, including Presidency of the American Society for Clinical
Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Professor Sheiner is recognized as the
founder of the field of pharmacometrics and is a pioneer in the application
of modeling and simulation of clinical trials and the introduction of the �Learn and Confirm� paradigm into contemporary drug development.
