Dr. Fisher is founder of NDA Partners and founder of the �P-Less-Than� Company,
a clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics consultancy. He was previously Vice
President of Medical Affairs and Medical Director at Durect Corporation and a
consultant with Pharsight Corporation, and was Professor of Anesthesia and
Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco.
