He was formerly President and CEO of Zoecon Corporation; Vice President of Research, and of Strategic and Economic Planning at Syntex Corporation; President of Syntex Scientific Systems, and President of Syntex International Pharmaceuticals. As a consultant during the past 3 decades he has advised governments, research institutions and corporations in Western Europe, Australia and North America.
