Allan J. Weinstein, M.D. is a Premier Expert for NDA Partners and an independent consultant. He formerly was Vice President for Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company. At Lilly, he was responsible for all clinical research and regulatory affairs outside of the United States. During his Lilly career, he also had responsibility for discovery research in infectious diseases, clinical pharmacology, and clinical research in infectious diseases and oncology. Prior to joining Lilly, he was on the faculties of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and the staffs of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
