Dr. Daniel C. Sullivan joined NDA Partners as an Expert Consultant in 2016. He is a Radiologist with expertise in nuclear medicine and oncologic imaging, in particular focusing on improving the use of quantitative imaging as a biomarker in clinical trials and facilitating translational research involving new and established imaging methods. Dr. Sullivan served as Head, Cancer Imaging Program; Associate Director, Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis; and Acting Deputy Director, Division of Cancer Treatment and Diagnosis at the National Cancer Institute.
Dr. Sullivan also served as Director, Imaging Division, Radiology; Acting Director, Nuclear Medicine; Vice Chair for Research; Chief, Ambulatory Radiology and Mammography; Professor and Associate Professor, Radiology; and Professor Emeritus, in the Department of Radiology at Duke University Medical Center. He served as Staff Radiologist; Associate Professor, Radiology; and Section Chief, Breast Imaging at University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, and served as Science Advisor for the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA).
Dr. Sullivan founded and chaired the Quantitative Imaging Biomarkers Alliance (QIBA) in 2007. He is a current reviewer for several journals and serves on the editorial board for the 8th Edition of Cancer Staging Manual, published by the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC).
