We work with two types of clientsóemerging biopharmaceutical companies and the investor groups that fund these companies. We help investors optimize their portfolios by conducting scientific and regulatory due diligence, re-directing the product development effort in a troubled company that has failed to achieve its potential, optimizing development and regulatory strategies, and establishing corporate governance practices that keep them informed. We work with their portfolio companies to help discovery-oriented management teams make the transition to effective development and commercialization businesses, assess lead candidate compounds, devices and diagnostics with respect to their developability, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their clinical development operations, and design and implement optimal clinical development programs and regulatory strategies.
